Our country is situated in Europe and Asia. Countries in the neighboorhood are Bulgaria, Greece, Georgia, Armenia, Iran, Azerbaijan, Iraq and Syria. There are 76.600.000 inhabitants on the area of 783.000 square kilometres in Turkey. Our country is devided into 81 provinces, and our town Banaz is in Usak Province.

Republic of Turkey is founded in 1923. It is parlamentary representative democracy,and a member of UN, NATO, OECD, G-20.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Istanbul is our largest city. There are about 14.100.000 inhabitants in Istanbul, and it is sixth-largest city in the world. It is transcontinental city - it is  situated in Asia and Europe. 

In 2012. more than 11 million of foreign visitors came to Istanbul.
